This is a new built water front villa with 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, about 1320sqft, everything you need for family vacation, work related trips or short gat a way!! With private back yard with new dock on Rotonda River. Enjoy fishing or canoeing and listening to the multiple birds singing. Or relax in the Close by five beautiful beaches closest one is around 6 mi or any other within 20-25 minutes, fishing or enjoying unique Boca Grand island, golfing in any of the five golf courses in Rotonda alone and lots of other things like Ann & Chuck Park pool is within 5 min drive has heated Olympic swimming pools and kids swim section area with water temperature of 82F
