“Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk.”

“Although it was clean, it was also a little rundown. I ended up having to change rooms because there were issues with the bathroom. I stayed two nights and the first morning breakfast I was able to get a yogurt and a bagel but the second morning the only thing they had were croissants. So I wouldn’t call it breakfast. “I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on……
