"If you know what to expect - this is not a five-star hotel - this is an excellent option for affordable and convenient lodging in the center of Chicago. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the accommodations are basic but very acceptable. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the shared bathroom arrangement but it was not an issue whatsoever. Very positive experience overall."

"Amy was awesome! THANK YOU!She went above and beyond to accommodate me, from my varied arrival times for check in to helping me with my very heavy baggage. Coming from a three city work trip, I am very grateful. The place is beautiful, large and spacious, has all the essentials with a super comfy bed! She owns the restaurant FLO on the ground floor and the Southwestern cuisine is authentic and yummy. Also great atmosphere and folks to catch a drink or meal.As a head up, for anyone with mobility issues, the apartment is on the second floor with two flights of very steep stairs."
