“We stayed here for a week and found the property well maintained and perfect for getting to the beach. Everything is as pictured and the communication was quick. It would have been helpful to have more than one bath towel per person. There’s a coffee shop around the corner. Next time I will buy a small umbrella because renting one and a couple chairs at the beach every day for a week was incredibly expensive. ”

“Everything was as advertised, no disappointments. Turibana Plaza makes an excellent base for exploration of the island, you do need a car to get around and explore. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day of chasing around, we had it to ourselves several times. Try Cafe 080 for a meal within walking distance and Yen Yen Bar and Restaurant for Chinese take out. Enjoy.”

“We had a great time staying in Golden Villas, the host was really kind and welcomed us 30 mins before the check in. The apartment was really clean and smelled good. The pool and jacuzzi was also clean and we enjoyed it a lot specially after a long day touring or in the beach. We didn’t rent a car so we had to walk to the beach for around 30-40 mins (to Eagle and palm beach) we are used to walking long distances but it was a bit uncomfortable because there are not sidewalks and it was really hot……

“If you want peace and quiet away from all the tourists attractions, this place is perfect. Spacious where you feel like it’s a home, close to everything, which is great since everything 10-15 mins away anyway and more affordable than the resorts. Saved a lot of money for this 8 day trip being there”

“Me sentí muy cómoda durante mi estadía de una semana en Perle d'Or Apartments y segura de dejar mis pertentencias en la suite. El Apart está ubicado a 10min caminando del centro de Oranjestad, hay un supermercado muy cerca y restaurantes/bares también. Las habitaciones son modernas, amplias y confortables como se muestran en las fotos e incluso cuentan con aire acondicionado. Dejé una garantía en efectivo y me la devolvieron a mi salida cuando verificaron que todo estuviera ok. Tengo algunas……

“We liked our ocean view and private porch. Was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but also 15-20 min walk to the popular palm beach area. Owners were helpful and flexible and gave us late checkout due to flight changes. Highly recommend ”

The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”
