We had a fantastic relaxing week. Visiting a few beautiful chateau’s. Great location just a few miles from the motorway, in the fantastic French country side. So access to the surrounding towns and villages are easy."

La partie nuit (en haut) est bien séparée de la partie de vie, ce qui est pratique. Jardin agréable. Et il y a un trampoline dans la grange, les filles ont adoré !!!"

"The property is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The garden is totally private and the lake also is only accessed from the house. The setting is so peaceful. Surrounded by lovely scenery there are lots of opportunities to spot wildlife."

"We had a great stay at the villa this August. The villa is very clean and has all the amenities that you could require. Our children loved the pool which was heated and undercover so we did not have to worry about them getting sunburnt. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas. A highlight was the ability to order bread and pastries each morning to be delivered to the villa. Although there was a slight language barrier with the hosts, they were always quick to reply to us and were very nice helpful...

Le logement était propre, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Les chambres et les salles de bains étaient spacieuses. La maison est bien située avec plein d'activités à quelques minutes de voiture (randonnées, château, villages,...). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"We had a superb stay. It was the first time we'd been to that part of France. The gîte was lovely, well equipped and full of character. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and garden. They would have been happy with 7 days of swimming and table tennis. We did end up hanging out by the pool at some point every day. The area is very picturesque and there's plenty to see and do nearby, if you've got a car. We had a few trips to Lac Pardoux to go paddleboarding and swimming. Lovely roads for...

"The gite was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool and garden area was amazing and our teenagers would have happily spent all day, everyday in there. Location is remote, a car is a must. We also hired bikes but found the area very hilly so you need to be fit! Nearest town is Ambazac which is lovely with shops, a couple of bars and places to eat. The Lac de Saint-Pardoux is worth a visit. There’s a nice beach, water sports and aqua park. Again something...
