“Pros: Super cute condo. Decent sized bedrooms, friendly neighbors, the property manager is friendly and super responsive (thanks Isamar!), the pool is awesome, good security, kitchen pretty well stocked. Cons: the common areas are small for 6 people, the walk to downtown Samara takes more like 15 minutes on a busy road (it’s about .6 miles), the coffee maker is undersized for 6 guests, and there are no lounge chairs/comfy seating outside. Minimal cleaning supplies available.”

“This place was perfect, centrally located and had everything you need for vacation. We were concerned about the corner location on the busy road as mentioned in other reviews but it was absolutely fine. A little noise here and there but never woke us up or was a bother, rather it added to our experience of a bustling foreign getaway. We used a fan that drowned out 99% of the noise. The check in and out process was super smooth and Tyron was lovely to chat with. The property felt secure and well……

“Playa Carrillo is a must daily walk and swimming.The time flew by quickly but have quality family memories.You’ll need at least 2 weeks to enjoy different beaches,rain forest & local nightlife.”

“Wonderful condo. Beautiful and relaxing place. Diego was very nice. Pool and surrounding area meticulously maintained. Proximity to the Azul Beach Club Restaurant provide us with some of the best dinners we have had in Costa Rica! Beach was pure Costa Rican Pacific with easy access, an excellent walking experience. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Travel was challenging due the conditions of the roads. This is not for anyone interested in an active nightlife!”

“Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 young children. It is an easy walk to the beach from the property. I would recommend renting a golf cart or car to get to town and neighboring Carrillo beach. The pool and outdoor space were very nice. The house is stocked with plenty of supplies for cooking. Cleaning staff came twice during our stay and did a great job. Great stay overall.”

“We visited 3 VRBOs while in Costa Rica. This was the best of the 3. Very nice accomodation; quiet, private, well appointed. Samara is a relaxing, easy going town with a fantastic beach and easy drive from Liberia. Alex and Carol were very helpful in preparing us for our trip (first time in Costa Rica), Leonie, the property manager, took care of any concerns immediatly. Wish we would have stayed longer.”
