We arrived about an hour prior to check-in, they said they'd send housekeeping to the room immediately. We left to do some shopping and returned after our actual check-in time, and still had to wait another 30mins or so for the room to be ready. Room was reasonably clean but smelled damp and musty. No body wash in the shower, had to call housekeeping to send some up. Beds were comfortable. Had some issues with what was included in the room rate with Expedia and what the hotel had in their system. I paid a higher room rate to have one-way airport transfer included for 4 guests and a WST$50 hotel credit. There was no hotel credit, and when we checked out at 4.30am ready for our transfer I was informed they only had payment for one person's transfer in their booking system. I wasn't asked to pay again there and then, but I didn't receive the friendliest of farewells...
