Hotel with a Concierge in Samoa from $72

"Booking was confirmed and it was closed on arrival. I need this looked at asap. Wasted time and petrol getting there."

"The room was clean and location was great, the food was alright but either side are exceptional restaurants. The let down was the staff i emailed to organise a shuttle before i arrived and never got a response, asked for a map and they when asking about tours got blank looks so went to the information center and organised them myself and transfer when i left myself. The worst was receiving a 4.30am wake up call which i never asked for and then on check out didnt even get an apology for waking me...

"Staffs were nice, breakfast was ok. Sure, will stay there again, the only request is to have an elevator because I was at the 3rd floor."

"These were really nice people, we loved the time we were there, and want to return, fantastic swimming , and gorgeous cats!!! Nice room, good food, Loved it!!!"

"This family run resort was truly amazing. We were treated like royalty. They went out of their way to help us organise our holiday activities. We want to come back next year."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms and the location is great. Stores within walking distance."

"Nice pool and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the traditional craft and weaving sessions. Love the fia fia show on Thursday nights and the fire dancing."

"Eurovilla was better than expected and on beach. But service was very marginal despite resort being mostly empty, and food options limited."
