圣费尔南多谷度假短租

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was well equipped for things that you would need when you’re traveling. It was just like being at home only better. We did use the hot tub and that was an excellent experience. The host was available to answer any questions that I had. We will definitely consider this in the future since I have family in the area.”

“Excelente property really clean has everything you need for a great stay, Host community well and respond fast and respectful”

“Only one issue: dissatisfied at the way the host addressed a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. The unit was beeping right when we arrived at the house at 4pm. Contacted the host right away and was told someone would come by. Left the house and came back around 9:30pm to a still beeping alarm. Message host and was told they would follow up. We could not sleep due to the sound so had to go buy batteries and replace the unit. Thankfully, it was a battery issue. But it could have been an actual carbon……

“The property held our family great. Enough room for 7”

“We enjoyed our stay in this home in Burbank. It's in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the freeway to get to all the local attractions like Universal Studios and Hollywood. The house was clean with plenty of extra towels and sheets. Having a parking spot was a huge bonus. The kitchen had basic supplies but it would be difficult to cook elaborate meals with what was provided. But who wants to cook while on vacation anyway? Sylva was very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend……

“Unit was adequate for our stay. Neighborhood quiet. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, though, for our third adult. Check in and out easy. Kitchen well stocked. Linens well stocked. Driveway very long and narrow so a bit difficult to back up (only way to get out). Price was OK for the area.”

“Lovely stay. Kids really enjoyed the game room. House was clean and as advertised. Very easy check-in process. Kevin was an excellent communicator. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Great stay!”

“Great location and very nice apartment. It is just street parking and that can be challenging at times but didn't have to park too far away.”

“This house was a perfect Burbank house for our visit. It allowed our family to spread out into our own bedrooms. It was also so nice to have two bathrooms! We loved the modern decor - it felt fresh and more hotel-like. We also liked the option for playing in the back with the ping pong table. The host was very friendly and available to communicate. It was also nice to have a driveway so we had a set parking space for our rental car. Burbank is such a great place to stay with pretty much……

“Communication, guest house is very nice, good amenities. Filtered water in kitchen, two open patios, one with BBQ and bar counter. ”
