“House was sparkling clean and had efficient use of space, with plenty of room. All appliances and supplies were easy to use and convenient. Parking was a breeze - on the street but right in front of the house. Check in information and procedure was smooth with clear instructions for combination locks. Roman was very responsive to our initial issue with no hot water and explained exactly what to do to fix it. The stool chairs at the island eating space are fun to look at but exceedingly……

“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. “We had a fantastic stay in Burbank. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use, which made preparing meals very enjoyable. Check-in was quick and simple. Since the room was accessed with a door code, we didn’t have to carry a key around,……

“This little house is very quiet which is nice because it is in a quiet neighborhood and in the very back of a deep yard behind the owner's house. There is another almost identical house next to the one we stayed in but separated by a big patio and there were no issues with this. The inside of our place was very modern and clean with newer looking stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer. “Only one issue: dissatisfied at the way the host addressed a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. The unit was beeping right when we arrived at the house at 4pm. Contacted the host right away and was told someone would come by. Left the house and came back around 9:30pm to a still beeping alarm. Message host and was told they would follow up. We could not sleep due to the sound so had to go buy batteries and replace the unit. Thankfully, it was a battery issue. But it could have been an actual carbon……

“Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing……
