“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. Throughout the night, I had to endure various sources of disturbance, including the passing trains, loud trucks, live music from the bar, and an unusual machinery noise that even……

“Great Boutique hotel , great location and immerive experience. I suspect the building has plumbing issues with toilet /connected to shower and secondary "fumes" and water smell ....i believe the hotel is aware of it ! we were on top floor, but secluded from Traffic noise, which can be problematic for light sleepers. Enjoyed the exquisite decor. I recommend it”
