“We stayed here after getting married in Bulverde at Lost Mission. Had a fantastic time at the wedding and this cabin gave us a nice little cozy spot to stay afterwards and have a nice relaxing evening with a nice relaxing morning the day after. If we ever need to stay in the area again we will definitely keep this spot in mind!”

“Stayed the weekend here with my boyfriend who loves to fish. Chose this site because it was one of the only ones I could find with private dock access. The cabin itself is on the smaller side, but it is set up very well and had everything we need. The outdoor section covers two lots and felt so spacious. We spent a lot of time outside by the fire pit. We could tell the owners put a lot of thought and detail into making it a great experience. It was hard to leave, and we will definitely return to……

We were welcomed with a Dog Welcome package, including dog treats, towels, and a listing of all dog friendly eateries and activities to do around town which we greatly appreciated (and so did our pup).”

“What a beautiful, serene property right on Cypress Creek. The location is perfect. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the trail to Blue Hole. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be back!”

“Easy to find, was exactly as advertised online. Bonus wildlife galore along with beautiful hill country landscape outside. Cabin was quaint and comfortable, the bed was luxurious. “Very clean and neat cabin. All necessary conveniences and perfect for a couple. Really enjoyed our stay. Close to all the shops and restaurants in Wimberley but far enough out to give you the peaceful country setting. Easy drive to San Marcos.”

“It is a full 1 bedroom but for some reason I thought it was going to be more like one large room. Bathroom is spacious. It really has everything you need to stay long term if that’s what you are looking for. I’m a bit tech challenged so I had a little trouble with the TV but that’s probably just me.”

“We stayed in Megs Boarding House for my birthday weekend. Didnt help that it rained and a cold front came thru. But didnt stop us from utilizing the pool. I dont think id stay in megs boarding house again though and would definitely upgrade to a newer cabin. But glad i got to experience staying in there. Was very adorable, but walls are super thin and we were upstairs and man those stairs are steep ...and i get it...its old fashioned megs boarding house lol. But there was even dirt marked on the……
