“We had a great stay for our day trip! It was very clean, cozy, and absolutely adorable. The space was well kept and had everything we needed. The snacks and water were much appreciated. Our host was great with communication and the really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and cute set up. Would definitely stay again!”

“The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. The first day the toilet, bathroom sink as well as the kitchen……

“Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos.”
