"Solid, no-frills stay in the center of downtown Austin. The staff and breakfast were great but the sheets were a bit scratchy and lumpy. Valet parking was the only option and $45/day feels pretty steep compared to other, nicer hotels in the area. Otherwise a good spot."

"The Omni was great. The room was clean and everything looked bright and new. The property itself has a pretty bar/dining area downstairs, but we preferred to sit up by the pool for drinks as it was more relaxed and had music. It was an easy stay and also quiet. We stayed at another hotel in Austin the last time--same price range--and the room was super loud and the room not very nice."

"room had hair on the bed. and shower. there was no hot water. nowhere does it state that you have to pay for parking. the tv did not work either. "

"Juan the shuttle drive was the absolute BEST. You won't find better customer service. Thank you Juan!!! Also the breakfast was way better than I expected. Being able to leave my vehicle overnight while flying was an added bonus!"

"Air conditioning was a hit and miss , we’d turn it on and would shut off from time to time and even then it felt as thought it didn’t cool. Staff were sweet but elevator was old fashion , shaking when going up / down and pillows were small / lap size pillow and not comfortable. Bathroom towel too rough and tv did not have many Channels. "
