“Our stay here was absolutely amazing. This property is so beautiful and clean. The home is very high end, with so much thought to every detail, It feels like you are staying in an expensive hotel. The kitchen is large and has everything you could think of needing to cook and bake. It had plenty of room for our group, and everybody loved the rooms they were sleeping in. The homeowner was extremely kind and responsive and she provided so many “extras” like paddle boards, oars, and a pedal boat. If……

“Arrived 10PM and left early AM although booked 3days. Dirty, smelly not maintained. broken walls, bed etc. Do not book”

“The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.”

“Could be cleaner, dust, broken sign at entrance. Yard is not a hangout space, no chairs or table (it's a front yard). Overall nice stay for what we wanted. ”
