“Was a great place. Everything was clean and organized really enjoyed it!”

“Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit.”

“Pool was certainly a hit with the children. Communication with owner was excellent as well as the response to issues raised. Owners should be very proud of this gem in Gilford!”

“This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great.……

“Although this rental is starting to show its age and has some minor cosmetic issues, its pluses far outweigh them. The view is amazing, especially the sunrise. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you can find it outside and inside due to the size and layout of the house. My brother who loves to cook and is excellent at it, found the kitchen stocked with every utensil and gadget a chef of his caliber needed. Bill is a very accommodating and attentive host.”

“My familly stayed at the property for a wedding in Meredith and the location and proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. We enjoyed having plenty of room to cook and eat together, sit out on the deck and converse and ended each evening around the fire pit with s'mores!
