About this cottage:
This newly remodeled cottage is located very near the popular Sandwich Marina! Featuring a beautiful kitchen with granite, an island counter, Full bath with tub and shower plus another full bath with shower stall.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a large living area with additional sleeping for the extra person plus a patio overlooking the back yard, outdoor shower and central A/C. This home is a short distance to Town Neck Beach, the marina, the Cape Cod Canal bike path, playground and restaurants. Great place to be if you enjoy an evening walk for dinner and an ice cream!
