"The property is so peaceful and calm and was such a wonderful experience. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. The pool was immaculate. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff was kind and patient and were wonderful at every turn. The golden retrievers that are on the property are so sweet as well. Overall, we had an excellent time and would love to return. "

"It’s always hard to tell from photos but this place far exceeded my hopes. The property is large, sunny, well designed and landscaped. There are old buildings that blend seamlessly with the new. The breakfast area and pool are modern, airy and relaxing. We had a bungalow which had a spacious living/dining area with a kitchen. The bathroom was large, with a walk-in shower and bidet. "Beautiful 1 bedroom suite with all the amenities anyone could want. The space was modernly decorated and had a very home like feel after a day of hiking. We were welcomed with many chocolates and foods of the islands to sample. The manager was very attentive to any questions we had. The island is beautiful and this living space made our stay all the more enjoyable. "

"This house is exactly as it shows in the pictures. It was in a quiet area and within minutes of driving, you are in Ponta Delgada. The host Joao was quick to answer any questions that we had.
