“We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco. Pietro was kind and knowledgeable and the staff at breakfast were also extremely nice and fast to respond. Breakfasts were fine and the room was very comfortable. The bar came in handy as well. Here are the only negatives: no facial tissues (not a huge deal but it was just a bit strange. “Where to begin? Oh my, we got there a little early just hoping to stash our bags until check in. Instead we were offered an upgraded room ready for check in (for 10 euro) we said sure. Great decision! This was a lovely spot. and the included breakfast in the morning!!! Full on International breakfast choices. Really, you do not need lunch after this. “We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Diana! The location was perfect and so convenient for exploring beautiful Lucca.
