Super Cute Condo 12: People Watching Downtown SAV

Adorable condo in a historic building right off Broughton Street. Steps from Leopold's ice cream and fine dining, shopping, bars and museums! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed.

Parking is either in public parking garages or on the public street. Metered street spots can be paid for via the Park Savannah App or getting a Day Pass from the City parking services office. Sundays are free on the street.

Great Location
The location of this property is perfect for seeing everything in the Historic District. Everything is within 4-5 blocks. Decorating is so cute however for 3 women we found getting ready was challenging. Small bathroom vanity and no mirrors in the bedrooms for makeup/hair. We had a few situations which required the property manager and all were eventually resolved.

Great Apartment Near Downtown Savannah
My friend and I stayed at this place for a week in January. The location was central to all of the restaurants and shops, and the apartment was great. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient equipment to prep simple meals, and the living room and bedrooms were cozy. The only minor thing is that it was a bit drafty near the brick walls, but that is to be expected with an old building. Overall, a great stay, and I would highly recommend it!

We loved the quaintness of this little condo. It’s well decorated and feels very comfy. Location is excellent. Only complaint is it’s not a great spot if you plan to cook. The kitchen is not well equipped for any real cooking. There was 1 super small 4inch frying pan to use. No tongs. And no seasonings at all. Not even salt. We had to run to the store for salt. So if you’re eating out it’s a great spot.

Very convenient location. Quiet and safe neighborhood on Oglethorpe Square. We couldn't get the fridge to make ice. Owner may consider replacing the TV remote, it was sluggish. The table top fans in bedrooms were making noises, so bring your own. Ceiling fans worked good though. Minor issues, easily remedied.

Great location, convenient parking options
Really enjoyed being right in the heart of the historic district and yet it was still quiet. Apartment was small but had everything we needed. It was modern and very clean. King sized beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Also, we really appreciated that the manager let us change our dates when one of us had a work issue come up. Highly recommend!

Feel the history, excellent location
The location is excellent, 4 adults all over 65 years of age we walked everywhere except to Tybee Island. The management was very helpful. The apartment was adequate for 4 adults, one bathroom was only issues with a bunch of old bladders. This apartment is on 1st floor so only stairs are as you go into the building. The building is beautiful and you feel you are apart of Savannah's history. I would stay here again, with my husband or daughter.

This condo is exactly where you want to be to walk to everything to do in downtown Savannah. The accommodations are comfortable and the kitchen has all you need. We parked in the deck next to the building and didn’t use our car again until we left Wednesday. We highly recommend this property and will be returning visitors.

Quaint and convenient to everything
Truly enjoyed the apartment. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Getting into the building was challenging at first (the old door and key entry was tricky) but I eventually mastered it. We were missing a sheet on one of the beds but that was taken care of quickly once we notified the management. Overall very pleased.

This property is quaint, clean, and cozy! And the location is great! We stayed for a long weekend, and parked in the parking garage that’s close by and walked to so many destinations! Thankfully we had amazing weather that allowed us to do that! I highly suggest booking an on/off trolley tour, as it has 15 stops. We would stay here again!

Ladies Weekend Away
This is a perfect location if you are looking to park your car and wander the squares. The parking garage is just across the street. It sits right between stop 10 and stop 13 on the trolley so it is very easy to get around.. River Street, Broughton St shops, City Market and Six Pence Pub are all within walking distance. The condo is very nice but if you are looking for quiet it may not be right for you. You can hear the people walking by the window and all the cars, horse carriages and trolleys. That wasn’t a concern for us but it might help someone else to know that. All in all, it was a perfect weekend away. Oh and I would suggest that if you get cold easily bring extra blankets, there are no extra linens provided.

Nice Apartment in Perfect Location
Stayed at this property for Mom and daughters trip to Savannah. Very clean and cozy space within walking distance to all key locations in historic downtown. Only issue was that main building door can be tricky to unlock. Highly recommend and hope to stay again!
