"This is our second visit to the Renaissance in Honolulu. Like the first visit, this one did not disappoint. The staff was outstanding from the lobby to the front desk, to the spa, and the poolside bartender. Staying here is more of a retreat experience rather than a hotel overnight. Perfect location for all things Oahu. Aloha and enjoy YOUR stay!"

"The lobby is open air and captures the feeling of Hawaii with the trade winds keeping it cool. It is air conditioned in the rooms. The new decore is very nice both in the rooms and the lobby. We used the little swimming pool often both to swim or to sit beside to read or chat. There is lovely landscaping with waterfalls and koi ponds that you can meander through on your way to the excellent breakfast that the hotel provides for your stay. The staff is excellent! They will address any need or concern you might have. There is a little convenience store that has a outstanding assortment of ramen noddles and a machine to cook it all up. The location is near restaurants and stores galore. The Pagoda is also near Ala Moana Beach Park which is a beautiful location for swimming, walking or watching the sunset. Although the Pagoda is in a city location it provides an oasis of calm and beauty."

"It was a great stay , all tho parking had so much over parked cars and some guest made so much noise from the bar. Other than that staff was great and beautiful hotel !"
