I’m in Honolulu for a week twice each year visiting family. This is my “go to” place to stay in Honolulu and I recommend it if you don’t need to be looking at or a short walk to the beach. I prefer it as I can still walk to the beach if I want to, but it’s out of the actual tourist chaos of Waikiki. It’s fairly new and the amenities surpass what I’ve found elsewhere. A great fitness center, lap pool, and pool area to lounge around and soak up sun if that’s your jam. The rooms are also well appointed and modern with a Toto washlet in the bathroom if that’s important to you. They do have a resort fee like most hotels with these amenities in HNL, a portion of which you get back each day when using the onsite services, so be ready for that extra cost.

Very nice hotel located very near the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Highly recommend. The hotel was nice, new and clean and the staff was amazing!

I really liked the outdoor pool area. Also the rooms are very nice and have a sweet view. Was on the 26th floor could see the beach/ocean.

Unfortunately we arrive July 3 for a 3 day 4th of July weekend paid $1550 for 2 nights Room was beautiful and nice view but they didn’t have my room ready at 5p and they were overwhelmed and short staff Our phone lines to order room service or contact housekeeping was down and it was hard to get fresh linen or towels had to go down every time and ask front desk for help! It was not good service for a nice Marriott hotel
