“Staff should periodically monitor the pool/hot tub area. On both nights of our stay, children were in the hot tub without an adult. While there was an adult in the area, they were not in the hot tub with the children nor did they ask them to move when other non-family adults were present. Breakfast buffet was redundant - same hot offerings each day. Hard-boiled eggs were evidently left over as they were slimy and becoming discolored. Yogurt offered no selection of flavors.”

“I booked through Expedia, and the lady who checked me in had all sorts of trouble dealing with that. She asked me to run a card for incidentals.
