“The pool was outstanding plus the hot tubs. There are so many activities to do outside. The kids stayed very busy. Room was super clean and everything you needed. Everyone was polite. I had an accident at breakfast with the pancake waffle maker. The lady from the front desk came and helped me. She was amazing. She did not make me feel badly at all told me to sit down and enjoy my breakfast and she even bought me a fresh waffle I wish I had gotten her name. I know she was from the front desk, but……

“The rooms are fantastic and feel more like a mini-suite: having a sink, microwave, and fridge makes it easy to settle in (especially for longer stays). The bathroom also has proper ventilation, which might sound small, but it’s a huge plus. I also appreciated the lounging options in the room — it’s not just a bed and a chair, you can actually relax. Breakfast was excellent: warm items plus plenty of sides, so it felt more complete than the typical “hotel breakfast.” One thing to know: the……

“The only issue was at breakfast. No juice available the machine was out of order. Otherwise everything was fine for the price level. ”

“Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!”

“Hotel left guests stranded in their parking lot for 2-3 days after a snowstorm while other businesses cleared their lots the day after the storm. I have no doubt vehicles were damaged from struggling to get out - Mine was. For those visitors from years past, this is no longer the place it once was. When it first opened, it was fantastic. Not that now. Can apply anyware but be aware of your room privacy when traveling. Especially with internet connected TVs. When in doubt, unplug it. ”
