We were only there for one night, but it was a very enjoyable stay. The rooftop bar was wonderful with great views. The location for restaurants and the waterfront is perfect. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Upon arrival the staff were nice and friendly during check in. The front desk didn’t advised about the deposit. Overall staff were excellent, they text and asked if you needed anything and Valet service were excellent as well. The hotel and room were clean. Love the location! Walking distances to Public Market and other shops.

Natty and Gio were so helpful and kind with our valet and helping us checking in and out. Their professional service set the tone to our amazing stay. Our 10th floor water view of puget sound was so amazing watching all the ferries, cruise ship, boats. 1 &1/2 blocks from pike place was so fun and conveniently on same block of Ludi’s for yummy breakfast! 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! Also Front desk and housekeeping, waiter at conversation’s , the nest staff were all so nice snd accommodating.
