Although airport subtle was requested weeks in advance I was told at check-in that I never contacted the hotel. I showed the gentleman emails from the hotel asking me what time I wanted the shuttle and my response. He commented that I never got a reply back. I didn’t expect a reply back seeing I was responding to their Request for time. He said he would take care of it, but in the morning I was not on the shuttle list. The solution was to put me on a later shuttle, which caused a little anxiety getting to the airport on time.

Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room.
