"We give this home a 5 star review for the amenities, especially the pool! What a delight to have access to a saltwater pool anytime we liked. On the other side of the house, the front porch was a great place to watch our kids play in the morning shade. We all enjoyed the home from age 6 months to 86! When an urgent issue did come up, the owner was quick to resolve it. Great place to vacation!"

"Bayberry cottage was great! Gorgeous views! Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms. And Paul was great for pre planning logistics. There was quite a bit of street maintenance for a water line upgrade during our stay so a little inconvenience getting to/from the property a few times. But no fault of anyone…just the way it goes. Would definitely revisit this VRBO and we very much enjoyed Fenwick Island and all of the local fare. Thanks for a nice relaxing few days. "

"Beautiful home right on the bay. Plenty of room and everything you need. Beach access was so easy at Fenwick Island State Park but my teenagers just walked to the beach as it’s only a mile away. The community pool was so nice to end our days and having 2 great restaurants a stone’s throw away was a nice bonus. Eric was instantly responsive! "

"This was the first time we stayed at this location and the kids are already talking about a return trip! The property was very neat and clean when we arrived. Check in was easy for us. There’s plenty of space for the family to spread out! Kitchen is well maintained and stocked with some essentials. We loved the location close to the front pool and shuffle board and Pickleball! Josie let us use chairs and pool noodles which was awesome! Josie was an amazing host!"

"Perfect location for my adult sons, their fiancés, and my husband and me. The other people at this property were so nice and helpful. We rented a pontoon boat which could be brought right to the facility dock. It was so peaceful to sit on the porch and look out at the lake. We had bikes and it was an easy and quick ride to the beach. Loved this place!"
