“The room was dirty. It had roaches poop still in the toilet. It had food left in the fridge over from the last guest previous. I will never come back to this hotel”

“The staff was very kind, accommodating and hospitable! We arrived early and we were able to check in upon arrival. The room was well appointed and clean. We we're also able to enjoy amenities from their sister hotel a couple blocks away. Everything was truly exceptional. We had a great stay! 👍”

“I had just lost my entire reservation and payment from another property and booking agency; because I had opted to arrive a day late. Here we were with no place to stay. and Expedia suggested Eden Roc. The people at that property, one and all, were kind and considerate and presented us with a standard efficiency at a reasonable price with a balcony and ocean view! I had always wanted to rent that type of property. We had a pleasant stay; close to the boardwalk, ocean, shops, and rides. We loved……

“Clean but very old fashioned. Beds were fairly comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Nice to have the mini fridge and microwave”

“Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change……
