"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. "

"The building and furniture show some age. The window air conditioning was very noise and not good for light sleepers. The location is fantastic. Jelly Roger park is just around the corner. Walking distance to the boardwalk and some good restaurants. The owner was very responsive. The condo serves our basic needs. Thanks for letting us use the condo."
