"Location is perfectly central to all that we wanted to do. Size & amenities were great. We enjoyed the visits for the neighborhood cat. Host very attentive. Only wish he had more vacation homes just like this one, because we were unable to book with him next year for the same week. He was so helpful in trying to find us another location near this one. Keep being such a super host family."

"This property was perfect for our family of 5, 2 adults 3 teens. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and even had extra towels and bedding. It is right downtowns Davis and you can walk almost everywhere. During spring break not everything was open, but we found plenty to do still. There is some great hiking around here with breathtaking views. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"The location is BEAUTIFUL. This place has everything you need and more to be snowed in. Fireplace, board games, grill, plenty of pots, pans etc. We lucked out and got 8+ inches of snow over the course of the four nights we were there. I see other reviews about the place being dirty and I don’t agree. This place was super clean. My only complaint(and I’m really being picky here) is maybe have a couple extra pillows for the beds. I give this place 9 outta 10 stars. Absolutely would come back....

"We had such a great time with our 3 grandson's and a great grand daughter. We all went trout fishing. We only caught one and some of us went into the water and got totally soaked. They soon found out how cold the water was. LOL We love the WV. MOUNTAINS!! It is so beautiful. Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin."

Our family of 5 (Grandma, parents, and 12 and 13 yr. old) were especially taken by the huge patio, with large table, sofas, sun chairs and two kinds of grills. The kids chose to sleep in the finished basement, on two futons and their own tv. View of Seneca Rocks was spectacular. Countless blankets available, as well as kitchen utensils, condiments, even coffee. Close to small town with basic stores....

"This chalet was the perfect size for our group of 5 we had. The little pond was the perfect size to relax by and spend some time on the water. Loved the paths around the pond to explore, perfect location for state parks in the area! Would recommend this to anyone, host was responsive and helped us with the damper on the fireplace!"

"My 9 year old son and I had rented this home for a father and son adventure trip. Our host was so accommodating and helpful. The home was in amazing condition and had all modern, smart home amenities. "We love this cabin! It's the third time we've stayed in it. It's beautiful inside and out. Plenty of room. Quiet. Big tv. Puzzles. Books. All the cookware you need. Pool table. Fridge. Washer/dryer. Hot tub. Pet friendly. Very relaxing! The only recommendation i could suggest would be clean and stabilize the pool table or upgrade it. Thank you for sharing this beautiful cabin."

"We had a relaxing trip. When we arrived Crystal had hid 72 eggs all around the property. The kids, even the teenagers, loved it after travelling in the car. The cabin is so neat and vintage. We made Lego flowers, clay creations, enjoyed porch sitting and Yokums hot dogs are the very best! We had a wonderful Easter dinner in the kitchen. The day after Easter we toured Smokehole Caverns. We made memories that we will never forget."
