“The cabin we planned on staying at had some issues with the hot water tank and it was not working. However, they were quick to move us into a different cabin and it was amazing. We were stressed because the first day of our trip we spent moving into another cabin and we didn’t get to explore anything. We also didn’t get to use the hot tub we paid extra for because of the hot water not working. Due to this, they gave us an extra day at the new cabin and we only had to pay what the hot tub fee...

“We’ve stayed at cabin 5 before and it went well. So well, we decided to stay again on our way thru the area. The staff was very friendly. But cabin 3 had bed bugs, which is a nightmare. We had to relocate immediately, shower, and run all our clothes thru a hot laundry setting. I can’t blame anyone, it just was what it was. I also don’t think we’ll stay here again because a very active train is right behind the cabins. And the rooms are difficult to get the temp moderated. So sorry to have to...
