Shelburne was a pleasant town with Victorian architecture. Enjoyed exploring the port area. The young staff at Mr. Fish Restaurant provided an excellent meal of chowder and fishcakes.

Bathroom door was dirty, cracked in 3 places. Furniture is dated and old looking, previous water damage is visible in washroom, cracks in floor. Definitely not worth $140/night.

The motel was exactly what you should expect from its rating. There are no real food options nearby other than Tim's and Subway. The toilet ran constantly unless you jiggled the handle, things were dusty so it was a quick clean. The cleaner must have been a smoker because the room smelled like cigarettes ...
