"Staying in a permanently docked ship is an out of the ordinary novelty. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Bed is firm, but not too firm. Being in the heart of Sea World is convenient. Enjoyed a delicious Thai lunch, Mexican dinner, Starbucks expresso, then some live music at "meeting Jazz". Lots of food choices here in Sea World. "The reception area looks very grand with a big chandelier and marble floors, but behind this facade the hotel is very tired and dated. The rooms are big, but the smell of stale cigarettes is everywhere. The fridge did not work, and I had to hold the shower over my head as the fixing was too low.
