Very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy check in, I had a knee replacement a week ago and had to travel to Seattle for an appointment. They had showers that you could roll in a wheelchair if needed and shower chairs which helped me a lot. Also it was no extra charge for this option. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue was because of traffic it takes about 20 to 30 mins to get to Seattle if that is where your going.

The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. I enjoyed everything about my stay. Staff were very friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. Love that the Alderwood Mall and eateries were very close by and I didn’t have to drive very far for anything. Check in was quick using the online pre-check service and same with checking out. Will be returning again if I need a quick get away.

We were on the 18th floor and the night view was awesome. The room was very modern and nice and clean. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. We ate at Adare's restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and it was really good. The bar in Adare's had grest margaritas on the rocks. One big plus was in there Market they have a microwave available for the guest.
