"I had a good stay overall. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was really convenient. The vibe of the hotel was nice and comfortable. The only issue I had was with the shower water pressure wasn’t very strong, and there were a few times when the hot water would go out. Other than that, everything was good. "

"This was our third atay at Citizen M and while we didnt get a beautiful view this time around, we did get early check-in, the friendly staff as well as self check-in option, and the usual comfy bed and uber modern room experience. Started our evening in the lounge with an impeccably crafted “Old Fashioned” and ended our night after the Mariners home opener with a couple of beers and delicious pizza from the kitchen to take back to our room."

"Wonderful! The desk staff were friendly, and the room was perfect. It was bigger than other downtown rooms we have stayed and the design is very up to date. Bed was comfy, room was quiet and everything was SUPER clean. It was just a few steps to several good eating options (Having tried others on prior trips we opted for their in-house restaurant Chan) Chan was so good! Fresh ingredients, Korean flavors. We will stay here again,"

"Great place to stay in Seattle! Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena with a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. Brand new facility, so everything is in top shape. Breakfast was a nice bonus, especially with kids in tow. Will definitely stay here again!"
