"The location was great. The hotel was very clean and friendly staff. One thing that I would like to see would be in the bathrooms a modern toilet rather than the Barbie house toilet. For a 6 foot 190 pound person, It’s almost too small to even try to sit on. Other than that, it was a great place. "

"We stay here whenever we visit Seattle (3-4 times a year). The ONLY downside to the hot is the parking. Most of the time, parking isn’t an issue. They have onsite, underground parking which is a big reason we chose them originally. Twice over the years, their parking is full and we were literally the last ones in and had to park on the ramp. That scares me to death that my car will be hit by someone not paying attention! It would be great if they contacted with someplace close when they over book parking. Outside of parking, the hotel is fantastic and the rooftop sitting area is great! "

"The location was perfect. Walking distance to all site seeing amenities. The room was very clean and tidy. I slept so good. The girl at the front desk (Ana) was very knowledgeable on the area. She saved me time by teaching me to take the ferry instead of driving all the way around."

"The hotel is brand new, so everything felt clean and well‑maintained. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping came every other day — they made the beds but did leave some trash behind in the room. The hotel has three elevators, and since it was a busy weekend, we often had to wait quite a while to use them. The breakfast area was also consistently crowded, and while the breakfast staff was great. The front desk staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly. I’ve stayed at other Element hotels where the breakfast was much better — here, there were no made‑to‑order eggs, and the only fruit available was apples. The hotel is right next to a highway but we could not hear any street noise."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We didn’t need anything during our stay. I chose this hotel for location and ease of parking. Both of those criteria were met. I would stay again. "

"This hotel is run-down and in desperate need of a remodel. The electrical outlets in our room were not functioning so the front desk staff moved us to another (upgraded) room for free, but most of the outlets didn't work there either. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and the heater did not work in one of the rooms so we all had to sleep in one bed together because the room with the sofa-sleeper was too cold. We pre-paid for parking when I booked the hotel, and then were charged again for parking when we checked in. The hotel management refused to refund the double parking charge because we had booked through a 3rd party. The location is convenient - very close to Pikes Place Market and other attractions, but overall we are very dissatisfied, and would not stay here again. "
