"Attention! présence d'énormes cafards dans la chambre dont 1 trouvé dans le lit donc impossible de dormir. Plusieurs signalements ont ete fait en vue des commentaires précédents mais aucun traitement n'a ete fait depuis. Ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles."

"Staff were fine. Had food poising from the hotel restaurant. Room initially put in was absolutely disgusting with flood from leaking water from toilet pipe and door handles broken and even the main door not closing properly.! Did raise this with reception staff but felt like they were disinterested. ..."

"Kamer ruim en volgens verwachting. Niet echt in inspirerende wijk, maar voor een nacht prima. Wel op loopafstand van strand en koninklijk paleis. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid. Personeel vriendelijk en transfer naar vliegveld snel geregeld."

"Good stay - it is a nice, spacious, one-floor apartment that worked well for us. The reception team was great, especially the women. They were incredibly helpful—one even helped me top up my phone!
