"Nice and quiet and pet friendly. Good communication with the host. Had some issues with the hot tub but the host refunded some of our fee and offered a lower rate for any future stay."

"Room was clean and sufficient for an overnight work trip. Staff at check in was pleasant and efficient. Staff at check out was busy talking to a male non-desk staff, and when i mentioned the coffee was empty, she indicated she knew and had another in the back, but continued talking even though she could see i had attempted to get coffee. The breakfast was breads (bagels, muffins), instant oatmeal packets, cold cereal, yogurt from a dispenser. So i didnt eat since i avoid carbs and dairy and was just hoping to at least get coffee. I decided to leave to get breakfast and coffee elsewhere and found the parking lot untouched and snow covered at 9am. "

"The stay overall was terrible and we won't be back. There wasn't enough towels for 2 adults, and the rim of the toilet was OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEANED! The room over us sounded like there was construction ALL NIGHT long?? Like what the hell?? And we weren't even offered a credit? Sorely disappointed "

"The motel staff received an e-mail for me and printed a document I need for the next day. She checked for me a few times even into the evening hours. The next morning a really nice breakfast was ready a little bit early so I could eat and be on my way. This same lady was there all night and did a wonderful job. The rooms were also comfortable and had the amenities I like. Thanks Quality Inn."
