"Room was clean with a partial ocean view. Staff was friendly until check out. Made a simple request to have housekeeping check my room for any damages prior to leaving. Request was denied because housekeeping location was unknown. I didn’t want to be charged for any incidentals or damages after the fact, so I had to locate the housekeeper myself and ask her to check my room. I have stayed here before and was shocked by the check out incident. It is a good place to stay for the price but I will no longer give this place my business. I can’t wait for the Hampton Inn to open…rather pay more for the amenities. Also, don’t rely on your data for the internet…it drags horribly. "

"room was big enough for a family of five. check in was ok, they have one person behind the desk so there was a wait. Had an issue with room keys, needed to go back to reception to have them reprogramed. Breakfast was not complimentary because we booked through expedia, third party. Kids ate free while adults were $21, it was ok. Location was excellent, they have a walking trail into town. We were on the bottom floor, so we can hear the folks upstairs walking around. Yes it was loud. When the toilet was flushed upstairs it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Yes it was loud. Overall we would stay here again, we just ask for a room upstairs."

"I booked a room in error thinking it was an ocean view, but when I arrived I was told it wasn’t but they had one available that cost more but the carpet was wet. I asked for a refund and was denied."

"This is a small, intimate hotel overlooking Moonstone Beach with boardwalk access right across the street. There is a great viewing deck with loungers and protection from the wind. Our room was comfortably appointed and we could park in front of our room. The staff was amazing and the Continental breakfast has some nice options from unique and health conscious brands. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have been there longer."

"Room was clean and inviting. Breakfast/ coffee room did not measure up to what was expected. Coffee was good but then there was only some pastry slices available. "

"This property has a spectacular ocean view. The room is small, good for max 2 people. Breakfast is basic, orange juice, eggs & bread. Parking is perfect right in front of the rooms. There's no staff on site, just the housekeeper.It's just 30 mins away from Nepenthe Restaurant."
