“First off, when we arrived on a Monday, we found that the large front window lock was broken, and everywhere it’s printed to email and we would get a quick response, so I emailed about the missing window lock. I never heard back, and I had to look around outside for a stick that would fit in the sliding window to keep it from being opened from the outside. I finally heard back 2 days later Wednesday afternoon that they will be refunding me a small portion. I’ve attached a photo of the stick in……

“The room was clean and tidy, although the facilities were a bit dated. The location is excellent—it's very close to Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seal viewing area. The hotel is right across from the ocean, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a good experience.”
