“When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. I feel the owner needed to replace the oven, which I had to clean. Bathroom had mold which I removed with Clorox. Exterminator needs to visit more often, saw……

“The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues.……

“***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. “家族５人で3ベッドルームに宿泊しました。事前にホテルに連絡をしたら、返信があり、予約した部屋のエアコンを修理しているので、同じ間取りの別の部屋になります、とのことでした。その他、エアコンと駐車場の説明もあり、大変助かりました。 11階の部屋に宿泊しましたが、内装も非常におしゃれで、オーナー気配りが行き届いている部屋でした。Wi-Fiは部屋専用のルーターがあり、ベッドには掛け布団もあって、快適でした。 色んなレビューに書いてある通り、ホテルの設備は古いですが、困ることもなく、快適に過ごしました。部屋の広さと窓からの景色は格別です！ 道を挟んで向かいには、数軒のレストランがあり、徒歩5分ほどのカフェも朝食に使いました。移動はレンタカーをしたので便利でしたが、車がない場合は、不便かもしれません。 食材はスーパーに買い出しに行きましたが、ホテル内にも小さなコンビニがあって、色々揃えることが出来ました。(水はここで買っていました)9-21まで開いていて、日本人の店員さんもいらっしゃいました。 また宿泊したいです！”
