"Broken elevator . Otherwise good place to stay. Comfortable beds."

"Room was great. Seating area for breakfast was not as large as needed.Seems like there were more people than there have been before when we stayed there. Kitchen staff was excellent. There were two and they were doing the work of four. My only complaint, was the beds. Like most all the hotels, they have gone to the 'hard Firm' mattresses (because they last longer). I think a pallet on the floor would be softer. My back and whole body hurt from the hard mattresses."

"I was visiting one night, loved the service, however, non handicap vehicles were parked in the handicap parking had to park far from the door after long travel from house and having to carry luggage and push a wheelchair was inconvenient. Staff stressed they couldn't do anything as they do not ask for vehicle information."

"We took a spontaneous trip with our 16 month old girl and they let us check in early which allowed her to take a quick nap! It made the trip easier and theyre so inviting, beautiful lobby, great customer service. We got a suite and it was so spacious, well kept, and stocked. "
