My only slight disappointment was that there is no closet in the primary bedroom and limited dresser space, but other than that everything was great! Mermaid Cottages is a wonderful group to work with, excellent communication and very accommodating. ”

“We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to. After 30 minutes of trying to get in our room while trying to not piss my pants, I was finally given an “emergency code” that let us in the room. Between that bad check in experience, and……

“Our host was very welcoming from the time we made our reservations. I felt I could easily reach out to him with questions and he responded very quickly. We love this condo. We had excellent views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The condo was supremely clean and had everything that we needed for a very enjoyable few days on Tybee Island. We would love to return and enjoy some more relaxing quiet days listening to the ocean waves.”
