"Had difficulty finding comfortable pillow. Asked to put my cooler’s ice packs in their freezer and was told it was full. Shocking that a 4 story bld couldn’t accommodate my four ice packs. 1st place I had that happen."

Additionally, there were children playing behind the front desk/service area during check-in, which felt very unprofessional. I hope management takes steps to improve the cleaning and staff organization."

"The hotel was stylish and clean. The rooms were updated and very comfortable. We were initially concerned when we discovered our room was right next to the ice machine but it didn’t bother us at all. The only negative was that we had an accessible room and the shower flooded the entire bathroom regardless of where we positioned the shower head. Maybe more towels for those rooms. Staff at the bar/ restaurant was very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay."
