“Nice, relaxing stay! Just what we were looking for.”

“The property looked new. Marlon, the host, supplied the kitchen with an assortment of pots, pans, utensils, and silverware. The property was close to a main street; numerous restaurants and a major, grocery store were located less than a mile from the property.”

“Ed was a great host and had snacks waiting for us upon arrival. He was very prompt to respond to any questions we had. The unit is quiet and on the upper level of a charming historic home in Old Portsmouth. Walking distance to great restaurants and a small park to walk your dog to. Overall, we had a great stay! ”

“Lovely home, centrally located. We encountered extreme weather that created a problem but the owner was very quick to to find a solution. I do plan on staying again ”

“The place was mostly clean. One of the bath mats was pretty old and maybe dirty. But otherwise it was clean and organized. The bedroom was MUCH darker than the pictures. The couch is very uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the amount of noise that came from the upstairs unit. Even with the white noise machine on the stomping and water noises in the middle of the night were impossible to sleep through. There was even a night when there was so much screaming that we thought about calling 911.……
