“the room was clean ,the staff was very good, the room was stuffy (very humid)and right in front of the a/c units, water for shower wasnt hot and last day we didnt have any hot water..none! ocean front view was perfect,but the room was very overpriced!! oh yeah..the host at the front by the door tricked us into a timeshare presentation that she said was 90 min ended up being over 2 hours even with the freebees it was a gross misrepresentation and a complete waste of valuable time!!”

“Property and All Staff were Excellent
Housekeeping is terrible, always asking for towels never getting facial clothes. Come from golf and needed to shower before dinner always having to ask for towels”

“The room was clean and nice. I liked having the kitchen available in our room. I wish there were a bit more utensils to use in the kitchen though. Besides that the room was great, we even had a partial ocean view which was great. My kids enjoyed the pool it was cold after a while in the indoor pool but we made it work. Great stay !”

“Excellent location, just 2 miles from the airport, good amenities. There are plenty of things for the kiddos to do, pools, slides, lazy rivers, and games. The resort is kind of dated, but we were not going there for the room decor. The room service was not provided, only upon request.
However, traveling with the tiny babies is not recommended. The property was not accommodating of the babies at all. It was advertised on there website that a baby cot for little ones up to 2 year old was……
