"Beautiful setting! Home was perfect for the family dinners and fire outside. The dock was great. Could of used alittle more amenities. Had to buy more paper towels garbage bags. Over all great stay! "

"A cozy cabin with all the essentials but running water AKA Dry. Comfortable queen bed, pull out couch and a loft with couple of coats which we did not need or used. Small fridge and microwave. Chuck had a freezer in the cabin and allowed us to store our salmon during the stay. Chuck and Dorothy were gracious in setting up a propane cook top outside and also provided a pot, pan, dishes and cutlery which were perfect for the two of us making breakfast and dinner. Soldotna was only 18 minutes by car and fishing was even closer. Would love to enjoy their hospitality next year!"

"No indoor plumbing is nothing mentioned in ad. Only a construction site toilet system outside"

"Had to check in at a different location, miles away. Directions for check said " they would e-mail directions for check in". That e-mail never showed up. A note on the entry door said "call to check in. When called the receptionist said we had to come back into town to another hotel to check in. This would not have been a problem if they had told us before we got to the lodge."
