"We had more than a few challenges, and the response from the hotel's management was less than professional. This was a disappointment, as we have stayed there before and the approach, even when things went wrong, was always professional. I am hoping that this was a one-off experience!"

"This was such a perfect location and home for a 5 day get away. You cannot beat the water access and outdoor space. Bigger than I expected! Clean and thoughtfully maintained. Close to Cambridge for events and dinners. We loved starting our morning looking at the fish and watching the boats go by. ..."
