"Didn't really interact with staff much, they were reserved, they don't really say hi to anything. Rooms were clean, great sink. Shower took 3-5 mins to get warm which was annoying."

"No safe or iron in the room but it was advertised there were in our booking description. No amenities: no coffee, no kettle in the room. Not enough towels in the room, noisy bathroom door would wake us up in the middle of the night everytime someone would use the bathroom, only positive thing is the location and the beds were comfortable. Way too expensive: close to CAD $3,000 for 4 nights. I wouldn’t book this hotel again. "
