“Old facilities that needs some renovation. Ondol type of floor with very much needed replacement furniture. Quiet and very local remote area that is peaceful. Just not up to par for the price you pay.”

“這次是第一次來，我們預訂了樂天水上樂園跟家庭房含早餐的組合，覺得很划算，很適合夏天來玩水度假。 早餐的豬肉湯飯也很好吃😋。家庭房設備有小廚房，洗碗水果很方便，稍微可惜的是沒有微波爐。吹風機是dyson，熱水壺是balmuda，還有浴室提供的盥洗用品也很香很好用，飯店在備品方面蠻注重需要細節的，住起來很滿意，會讓人想再訪。”

“I would give 5 stars on the property alone but taking a star away for the front desk. They did absolutely nothing to make us feel welcome. No explanation of the property, WiFi, breakfast, etc. just checked us in with minimal effort. The property is huge but stunning. We went to Namhae to visit the temple and a few other sites but wish we had more time on property. Make sure to walk all around for the most gorgeous scenery and views. There is a cafe/wine bar/eatery detached from the main which……

“연식이 있어서 좀 낡긴했지만 공간이 넓고 항구뷰가 예뻤어요. 수압도 좋고, 냉장고, 마이크로웨이브 등 지내기가 수월했습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고, 도보로 해안도로로 바로 갈 수 있어 아침에 조깅하거나 산책하기도 좋았어요. 시설에 비해 가격도 좋아서 다음에 다시 통영을 방문하면 이곳에 묵을 것 같아요.”

“옛날식 구조로써 공간은 넓으나 실내가 청결하지 못하고 분위기가 어두워서 마음에쉼을 얻지 못할환경 화장실은 너무 어둡고 샤워기도 작동이 안되네요. 장점은 물이풍부해서 야외수영장이 있다는것이 젊은부부들을 끄는 동력인거같습니다.”

“The hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities are nice, but the location was a major disappointment for me. I was traveling alone without a car, and the hotel was much more isolated than I had expected when I booked it. There is very little within walking distance — no convenient restaurants, convenience stores, or easy access to a beach or other places to visit. More importantly, the roads around the hotel do not have sidewalks, so I did not feel safe walking along them. The hotel staff……

“This is a massive place with many levels which was confusing. Also, I didn’t realized that this hotel is geared to family with kids, many kids. This is a perfect place for a family with young children but if you want a quiet stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. As far as the location goes, there isn’t much ( restaurant options) near the hotel so it wasn’t convenient for us. Reserve your breakfast early on line, we were told. Lastly, one of us (out of 3) had to sleep on the mat…not so comfortable.”

“Lake view is the highlight of this hotel and the reason I chose it. A bit away from downtown and that makes it quiet. The bed is comfortable. I had the "western style" breakfast and it did need improvement... Everything else is acceptable. ps, the lake is not that accessible as it seems. Be prepared for some serious walking or driving if you plan to go.”
