The Spa Team was very good and there service was excellent. The Spa Manager Rajkumari Prativa Devi service was excellent. She and her team were so accommodating and were always ready to help and gave excellent service. Right from the Massage, Gym and Swimming Pool the experience was very memorable. Special Thanks to Santosh for the great service he had provided at the Spa. His service was excellent. The Lifeguard at the Swimming Pool Razak was very helpful and gave excellent service. Limile gave a very good massage.. The other staff Abhay Dombe, Hmingi, Jessica and W,Khongleh Warden service was also excellent. I had an excellent experience at this hotel and was treated like a Rockstar.
