Shortly prior to our stay we were notified about construction in the unit below, which didn’t turn out to be an issue at all yet we appreciated the communication. We extended our stay by one day and the host was quick and gracious with their reply! Would recommend! ”

“This property was perfect for our first time to Kaua’i. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. They thought of everything we could need from beach towels, beach chairs, and games to keep us entertained. Every morning we would sit on the back lanai with our coffee and talk to the roosters and chickens that came to visit. It was hard to not feed them! The owners daughters own a small bakery called Outer Bakes. We ordered some absolutely delicious treats……

“Stephen is a gracious, well organized, responsive & helpful host. So, as one would expect, his place was perfect in every way.It's an ideal location, yards from the Ocean, a block from the beach, with a sunset view & adjacent to two nice tennis courts.The condo itself is as advertised. Newly remodeled, amazing & fully stocked kitchen. Ideal for cooking & entertaining.This 2 BR condo actually has 4 lanais, two upstairs & two downstairs, so if ya need a little a separation from whomever you are……

“Communication excellent as always. Nice updated furniture. Firm--but high-mattress. The rug could use replacing as it pills badly. Much better parking available with this unit and easier walk to Little Fish and athletic ckub.”

“The air conditioning was not affective in the bedroom. It was stuffy and warm at night for sleeping.The living room and kitchen was a comfortable temperature. When we checked In The room was NOT clean the bathroom tub was dirty, floors had stuff all over it. Sliding glass doors were dirty. The carpet looked dirty and needs replacing. The wood floor is peeling up through out the whole unit. We could see the ocean through the breezeway of the building in front of us and a little bit through other……

“Unit was good , slightly dated but functional. Ac in master made a gurgling noise. Unit is on third floor which is not advertised. Unit has closet with beach stuff which was handy. Locating the unit in the dark upon our arrival was difficult as property is dimly lit. Overall was decent place to stay . ”

“A completely adorable house in an idyllic, setting fully stocked with everything you would need and a very responsible host. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach and 2-3 minutes by car and then you have to find parking. The owner Jake is awesome and will help with info if he can, I know there’s anything that the house is missing and you have all the beach toys that you ever want as well as chairs and umbrella. Make bring your own propane for the grill but they have the bbq Supplies……
