“Expedia reservations made at Hampton are treated with rudeness when the manager Jack says "Oh this is a 3rd party reservation and there is nothing I can do to help you with anything at all!" They made no attempt to assist us with a late (next day) arrival on a 2 night stay. We called the Hampton directly and of course the policy is a penalty of the one night but then Hampton cancelled the reservation and treated my wife very coldly when she arrived the next day.
