“Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. “Secure parking. Emailed back initially with no response but called emergency number to inform them about lack of supplies. Sent that day. Cleaning was spotty. Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. All- in all comfortable beds, convenient to the hospital ”
